The renovation of the building of the library was started in 2015. As a first step the museum hall was established, in which the most valuable works of art of the collection, representing the richness and diversity of our stock, can be visited on permanent and temporary exhibitions.

The Fugger collection was also placed here, together with a room displaying the individual collection of canon István Majer, serving for museum educational purposes as well.
